 One year Diploma In Culinary Art

This course is best for those students who are interested to apply the permanent resident in Australia, New Zealand and Canada

This Course is conducting for one year.

  • First 3 months in Theory.
  • Second 6 months in Practical in Chinese, continental, Indian & bakery and pastry.
  • Then one month in theory on cookery Management.
  • Then last 2 months in Practical in Fusion Cuisine i.e. Thai, Nepali, top most European, American, Australian & other Asian Cuisine. 

5 hours in a day in theory and practical total 1,400 hours in one year.

 Six months in Culinary Art

 This course for those studets, who want become a professional chef in the future.
In this course classes are conducting on Chinese, continental, Indian Cuisine. This course is best for the very beginner in culinary the culinary field. The certificate is certified of the CTEVT.

60 class in Theory &  60 class Practical Total =120 class
This course is conducting as per the hour basis according to the CTEVT. The certificate is certified on the CTEVT standard of 792 hours.

 3.

 Supervisor course in culinary Art

 This course is focusing for the working commis II & I who would like to became a CHEF DE’ PARTIE in the related field in near future.

Theory classes 216 hours in 3 months, practical classes 156 hours in our Academy & the industrial training 624 hours in 3 months as a CDP in not less then 3 star hotels.

 

3 hours in a day In theory classes and 6 hours in a day in practical classes.  Total 996 hours.

This course is focusing for those students who are already trained by the crash short course of 2 to3 months in the culinary field then they want to competent in the single cuisine.

 Theory = 40 hours
Practical = 150 hours total 190 hours in the 35 classes.

 Practical = 30 class with exam.

Awareness training for house wives 

Only for the house wives.

This course is conducting in one week in the chosen field i.e. Indian Chinese Continental & others.

8.

Abroad employment student cooking course.

This course is focusing for the student’s visa holders for the abroad. Our motto to provide the professional skill for enthusiastic students that, they can easily survive in any part of the world. 

This course is conducting in two weeks in the chosen field i.e. Indian Chinese Continental & others.
