Technical education is always important for developing countries. We had also great demand of this education in our country. Following that we started our training institute in2060/8/26, A.D 12th December 2003; located in Lalitpur- 3, Dhobighat- Ring Road, since then we are providing training in culinary field to the students by highly qualified and trained teachers.
We have realized that the demand of this training is increasing day by day. Every year the number of students is going higher and higher. Specially, in the field of tourism the value of national and international food is considered very high. It plays a vital role to those visitors from different part of the world by providing them, tasty and hygienic food prepared by highly trained and qualified chefs. Our institute is trying to introduce our foods in the international market too.

We started this training institute to provide the culinary education to those people who like to make it profession and work in the country and abroad. Due to growth of tourism in our country many people gets job in the country (especially, on those touristy area, Kathmandu, Pokhara, Chitawan, Nagarkot, Dhulikhel, Everest area and Annpurna area too). Besides that the demand of trained and experienced chef has very high demand in international market. The increasing number of our students in our institute is modifying us from an institute to a school of Culinary Art in the country.
Up to now we have many relations with national and international culinary school. We have affiliated with CTEVT. We provide theoretical and practical education from our institute and arrange the final examination from National Skill Test Board. NSTB has its' wide relation with many countries of the world. So all of our students finally get the graded certificate from National Skill Test Board (CTEVT).We are specialized to train in commercial cookery, Continental, Chinese, Indian.
So far our products have joined in many prestigious companies (Hotel and Restaurant) in the country and got the job abroad in Japan, UK, Australia, USA, Germany and many other countries of the world.
